These Terms and Conditions apply to you as user, as purchaser and to anyone and everyone who accesses the Website. Your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions occur upon your first use of the Website.

WEBSITE SALE
You can place an order on the Website for the products that are shown on the Website with their respective prices. A Minimum Order of £12.50 is currently in place. When you place an order, you have to provide us with the correct required information including a delivery address located in the UK and a valid debit/credit card to pay for the order. Before confirming your order, you must review your order, check the total price, ensure the information you have provided are adequate and correct and read and accept Terms and Conditions.
By clicking the PAY button on Checkout, you place an order on the Website. Once placed your order is not binding on us, but constitutes an offer from you to purchase product(s) in consideration for payment of the price. As such all orders are subject to our acceptance. When we receive your order, we will send you a Receipt of Order email. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
The contract between you and us is concluded when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email confirming the dispatch of the products you purchased on the Website. The price payable for a product will be the price on the Website at the time your order is placed. These prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude the costs of delivery. If delivery cost is chargeable, it will be shown in the Order Summary, separately and added to the total price, at Checkout

5. Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address indicated in your order. While we aim to deliver the products within the delivery time stated in the order, all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. There could be unavoidable delays or delays due to causes beyond our control. Should the order not be delivered within 30 days after the order was placed, you may terminate the contract and request a refund.
If after the conclusion of the contract we discover we can no longer deliver the ordered product(s) due to the product(s) being lost in transit, damaged during shipping, etc. we will be entitled to terminate the contract by informing you and refunding payment.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. You have to inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to our Customer Service using your Order No.as reference. You must return the product(s) in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy within 28 days after receipt of your order.We shall refund your payment in full provided the return was made and we have received the product(s) or have received evidence that the product(s) had been returned. We will give the refund using the same means of payment in the original transaction
To avoid any liability for any diminished value of the returned product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, please return the product in the condition received: unused, unaltered and undamaged, and with the original labels attached and in their original product packaging. Some products require special handling and extra care has to be taken so the products are returnable. A notice to this effect will be shown when you place your order. Where products are sealed or tagged, when inspecting the products please exercise due care not to remove the seals or tags, and if a seal or tag is removed, broken or tampered that product cannot be returned nor the payment refunded.

7. Defective Products
In case the product is faulty or damaged, please give us notice by contacting our Customer Service, using your Order No. as reference and our Customer Service will give your further instructions. If we ask you to return the product, the product must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. We may wait to receive and inspect the product before we process your refund. We shall refund all payments received, including the cost of shipping to return the product to us, through the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
